We are looking for National Key Accounts Manager Based in Karachi
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in key account management preferably in FMCG
- Bachelors preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
Knowledge and skills
- Proven track record managing national key accounts
- Strong negotiation, analytical and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with execution mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to analyze data and drive insights
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable with travel and field engagements
Key Responsibilities and Duties
To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;
- Develop and implement customized account plans for national key clients.
- Align sales strategies with customer business goals and company objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales, margin, and share growth targets.
- Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts (cross-sell, upsell).
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline projections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts at regional and national levels.
- Build strong C-suite, procurement, and category management relationships.
- Resolve escalations and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Marketing on promos, trade campaigns, and point-of-sale execution.
- Work with Supply Chain & Operations to ensure timely deliveries and inventory controls.
- Collaborate with Finance on pricing, credit terms, and billing issues.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
- Provide actionable insights for product positioning and commercial strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records, sales reports, and account documentation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports.
