We are looking for a Brand Manager based in Karachi.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years’ experience in the FMCG industry
- Master’s degree (HEC recognized) in Marketing or equivalent
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand building, and integrated marketing
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix coupled with a sales mindset
- Experience working with creative and media agencies
- Passion for building brands that consumers truly connect with
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business and growth objectives
- Lead ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to build strong brand equity and visibility
- Manage new product launches, relaunches, and portfolio optimization initiatives
- Conduct consumer research, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Agencies, and Supply Chain teams
- Track brand performance, marketing ROI, and the competitive landscape
- Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources
