Mezan Group, a renowned and leading edible oil manufacturer located at SITE Area Karachi, is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as an Assistant HR. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Maintain employee records, update databases, and handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs 40,000.00 – Rs 50,000.00 per month
Experience: 06 Months – 1 year (FMCG exposure will be preferred)
