We are looking for Front Desk & Admin Executive
Location: Corporate Office, Bahadurabad, Karachi
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience in front desk and administrative roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge and skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-presented, organized, and able to multitask
- Ability to manage time effectively
Key Responsibilities and Duties
To play a central role in keeping daily operations smooth and creating a professional first impression through:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately
- Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and informing participants
- Arrange travel plans, including flight bookings, guest house reservations, and travel itineraries
- Liaise with building management for maintenance and facility-related matters
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with office security procedures
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, documentation and record keeping
- Assist in day-to-day office coordination and support various departments as needed
