We are hiring Production Assistant Manager-Frozen Food
Role Type: Permanent Department: Production
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Daily Operations of the Plant Production & Manufacturing.
- Formulation and implementation of policies and procedure.
- Develop processes that will maximize productivity, maintain quality and ensure safety.
- Execute and monitor the facility performance to achieve targets.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of required SOPs to drive the business.
Key Requirements:
- Must have Master’s Degree in Food Sciences and Technology.
- At least 3 to 5 years of operations management experience within Frozen Food manufacturing environment.
- Experience in HACCP, BRC and ISO standards &.
- Experience with ERP.
- Must have production experience of Frozen snacks & vegetables.
- Must be well versed with different types of freezing technologies.
