Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities for technical items, general supplies, and construction materials.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and review RFQs, purchase orders, and comparative statements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and specifications.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and ensure cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and project-related procurement planning.
Key Requirement
- Must hold MBA Supply chain from well-known institution.
- Proven working experience of at least 4-5 years in purchasing/supply chain/procurement.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
- Working experience of vendor management software.
