Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end procurement activities for technical items, general supplies, and construction materials.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and review RFQs, purchase orders, and comparative statements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and project-related procurement planning.

Key Requirement

  • Must hold MBA Supply chain from well-known institution.
  • Proven working experience of at least 4-5 years in purchasing/supply chain/procurement.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
  • Working experience of vendor management software.
