MCB Islamic Bank is inviting CVs for the position of “Unit Head, Quality Assurance & Monitoring – Audit & RAR Group” based in Lahore. Please only apply if you fulfill the criteria mentioned in the job details.
LOCATION : Lahore
GRADE: AVP Reporting to Department Unit Head, Quality Assurance & Monitoring
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- CA-Inter, ACCA, MBA / M.Com. CIA will be given preference
- At least 8 years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with banking, internal audit, compliance, quality assurance experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and strong analytical skills
JOB ROLE
- Development of audit policies, procedures and guidance for enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of internal audit activities
- Administration and support of Audit Management Software
- Supervising and monitoring compliance of audit observations within defined timelines, timely highlighting problem areas and escalating where required.
- Supervising and conducting Quality Assurance reviews
- Monitoring progress of annual plan and other KPIs of internal audit and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing reports on internal audit activities for President, Management Committee and Board Audit Committee Reporting
- Preparing meaningful insights from the work performed by internal audit teams and their presentation
- Other responsibilities as assigned
