Branch Operations Manager
𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working in a supervisory role
𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, finance, or related field
𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Islamic bank branch, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, implementation of AML/CFT regulations and security protocols, Operational Risk Management etc.
- Ensure that the branch is in compliance with all banking regulations / policies both Internal and regulatory perspective.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Coach and develop branch staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
- Monitor and manage branch performance, including dormant activation and fee income, customer satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of banking regulations and policies.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
