A graduate degree or equivalent to Master degree from an HEC-recognized university.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ 10 Years of Banking Experience
➡️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
➡️ Having relevant experience of working in business/Operations at senior level position.
➡️ Ability to work under pressure
➡️ Inter personal skills
➡️ Take initiative and lead from the front
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Primary responsibility is to oversee Operations of Islamic Banking Branches with focus on internal controls, cost management through Onsite Visits as per defined frequency & checklist and Offsite reviews of Branches through monitoring tools such as reports or by calling various financial/non financial transactional documents from branches under their jurisdiction.
➡️ Responsibilities pertaining to new branch opening/relocation from site Identification to Operational readiness of the branch including Support business teams in Site Identification, applying for Branch license to SBP Branch Licensing Unit after completion of survey report, Follow up with GSD and other department for completion of construction/renovation work and provision of Fixed Assets and Furniture, IT Infrastructure prior to branch opening.
➡️ Follow up with branches for completion of RCSA exercise under Respective Region as per plan provided by Internal Control Department according to frequencies defined in RCSA Manual and timely submission of RCSA reports to Head ICU.
➡️ Approval of various financial and non financial transactions including deceased account payment, approval of Excess over Limit expenses of Branches, Approval for Excess over limit Cash in hand cases of Branches, Approval to Branches to perform remittances (Funds Transfer, BC / Pay Order) on the basis of FTA in absence of cheque, Approval for creation, deactivation, transfer and change of Role of user ID of system applications, Approval for allowing Transaction Limits to Users.
➡️ Visits to Branches: Local Branches: Once in a Month & Outstation Branches: Quarterly for onsite review of branch working.
➡️ Follow up with Branches and other department for resolution of outstanding entries in Inter Branch Recon of Branches, balancing of control accounts, data cleansing.
➡️ Liaison, review and discuss audit findings with Audit Teams (Internal/External) for branches and follow up with branches to submit faithful compliance.
