Officer Phone Banking (Service Quality)
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Lahore/Karachi
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC Recognized University
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Fresh or 1 year customer service experience would be an advantage.
➡️ Excellent Sindhi or Pashtu speaking skills.
➡️ Ability to talk fluently in Urdu and English.
➡️ Excellent customer service & customer-centric approach.
➡️ Interpersonal and communication skills.
➡️ Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
➡️ Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking systems, preferred.
