POSITION: BI & Reports Developer
QUALIFICATION: HEC recognized Computer Science degree
GRADE: OG-II / OG-III
CITY: Lahore
POSITION SUMMARY:
MCB Islamic Bank is looking for Officer BI & Reports Developer. The responsibilities of this position will develop, bug fix and add new features to the existing OBI reports.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver on goals as per departmental strategy and targets
- Prioritize and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
- Write well-designed, efficient code
- Review, test and debug self and team members’ code
- Design database architecture
- Document development phases
- Deliver according to agreed SLAs & KPIs with stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvement initiative including standardization of process
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with BI Tool(s), ETL Processes, Web Services SOAP, XML and supporting integration and enabling access via API calls
- Strong experience in SQL/TSQL/PLSQL, ETL, OLAP, Data Analysis, Data Integration, Python,
- Database skills – preferably Oracle, MSSQL Server, MySQL
- Strong problem- solving skills along with the ability to work independently, highly motivated with strong self-learning abilities.
- Ability to read and understand a large and complex existing code-base, as well as investigate logs of complex cases.
- Able to work equally well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
