Major Roles & Responsibilities: In this position, the officer Quality Assurance will conduct testing on ATM Switch/Terminals(ATM, CCDM, Digital Kiosks) in preparation for release of software. This job involves both hardware and software testing. The required candidate(s) must possess good understanding of software testing methodology and the software development life cycle specific to ATM Switch / Terminals. The candidate(s) will be required to analyze business requirements and specifications, design and execute tests, record, and report results, and generate defect records. The primary objective for this candidate will be to drive the testing process through development and execution of test scenarios, as well as regression testing and problem reporting. This position would also support the development team through diagnosis of issues and problem recreation. Issue tracking and communication are expected, as well as reporting the status of test coverage for assigned projects
Skills: Previous experience with ATM Switch/ Terminal level for testing of NDC, XFS applications. 2-3 years’ experience of designing and implementing test plans, scripts, and writing test reports. Practical working knowledge of software / hardware testing methodology Behavioral Competencies: Good technical knowledge of the ATM Switch and its Operating systems NDC, XFS. Practical working knowledge of testing methodology. Good oral and written communication skills. Experience with bug reporting/tracking tools (ex. JIRA)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a computer science discipline
Experience: 2-3 year experience in Switch/ Controller / Terminal software testing and quality assurance
