Position: Financial Controller
Department : Finance
What we are looking for:
· Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant, FACCA, FCMA, Post graduate degree in Finance/Accounting.
· Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance department preferably with Asset Management Company.
· Preparation of Annual Budget and profit forecast on periodic basis along with Departmental Budgets.
· Preparation of strategic budgets and projections.
· Supervising external reporting to the Regulator.
· Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance mainly related to AMC.
· Liaise with Auditors, Legal and Tax consultants.
· Monthly management reporting and sharing insights for top management from value addition perspective
· Responsible and supervise monthly, half yearly and annual closing.
