TERRITORY SALES OFFICERS (Faisalabad / Sargodha)
Role Overview The Territory Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales performance within the assigned territory by executing effective sales strategies and ensuring strong market presence. The role involves planning, directing, and implementing sales programs to achieve or exceed territory sales targets.
- Plan, direct, and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales objectives.
- Develop sales plans (Volume & Value) and ensure optimal utilization of sales resources.
- Conduct regular market visits to review route coverage, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities to grow sales.
- Liaise closely with the Marketing team to ensure availability of merchandising, promotional materials, and other marketing support in the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners to enhance distribution and market execution.
- Track sales performance and provide timely reports to management.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG or relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of route-to-market, distribution management, and retail operations.
