Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing stock verification, financial controls, and system audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across inventory, cash, customer pricing, and trade schemes.
- Conduct monthly stock takes to verify work in process (WIP) and inventory as per system.
- Perform monthly cash verification.
- Carry out annual stock take across all stores and reconcile with system records.
- Prepare and submit annual stock take reports, highlighting discrepancies for management action.
- Post-audit trade schemes in DMS & SAP.
- Verify customer pricing in SAP against approved structures on a quarterly basis.
- Review prior month claim status against advance payments; withhold current month claims if pending.
- Supports management in identifying discrepancies, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Key part in safeguarding company assets and maintaining transparency in financial and operational processes
What we’re looking for
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in internal audit, finance, or inventory control Prior experience in FMCG is preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
