Description
- Maintain and update daily and monthly petty cash records, ensuring accurate documentation and strict adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the timely closing of monthly cash operations and reconcile general ledger accounts related to employee advances.
- Review and process distributor claims in accordance with approved trade plans and company guidelines.
- Prepare cheques for various cash transactions, including donations and operational expenses.
- Handle inter-company fund transfer transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify and ensure prompt processing of employee expense reimbursements directly into their bank accounts.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements Qualification: M.Com/MBA Finance or Equivalent Qualification 3-5 years in the relevant field Proficiency in using SAP, MS Excel/Word is preferred
