Role Overview
Mayfair is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE with SAP) environments. The ideal candidate should be certified on the latest S/4HANA solutions and have hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation cycles, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance ABAP programs in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDPs, OData Services, and RAP-based applications.
- Work on S/4HANA Cloud (RISE) extensions following clean core principles.
- Perform code remediation for ECC to S/4HANA conversions.
- Develop and support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications (backend integration).
- Handle interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, APIs, SOAP/REST).
- Collaborate with functional consultants during implementation, rollout, and support phases.
- Ensure performance optimization and compliance with SAP best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support UAT & Go-Live activities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience.
- 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation cycles (Greenfield / Brownfield / RISE).
- Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, OData, RAP.
- Exposure to S/4HANA Cloud & RISE with SAP architecture.
- Understanding of Clean Core, In-App vs Side-by-Side extensions.
- SAP ABAP development certification on the latest S/4HANA version (mandatory).
