Location – Peshawar
Key Responsibilities
- RSM will lead sales operations in Peshawar Region, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets. This role involves expanding market coverage, strengthening distributor and customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and building a high-performing sales team.
- Plan & Achieve Sales Targets – Develop and implement sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed annual volume and value objectives.
- Market & Distribution Management – Expand market coverage, monitor competitor activity, and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure product availability
- Customer & Distributor Relations – Strengthen relationships by providing updates on products, ensuring superior service, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership – Build, lead, and develop the regional sales team to ensure strong performance and sustainable growth
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in FMCG
- Proficiency in sales planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
