Head of Marketing (AFI Plant – Raiwind)
Responsible for all Biscuits/Confectionery related tasks and projects from idea phase until and after launch – implement/adapt projects, manage innovations and search for ways to continuously improve Biscuits/Confectionery performance together with partner departments
Responsibilities
o Developing Annual brand plans, AOP and Strategic way forward for the both categories
o Lead Brand equity initiatives aiming at optimizing all elements of the marketing mix, from brand in-store activation to portfolio design adaptation to fit new brand positioning
o Create innovation roadmap together with SC team
o Conduct market analysis and be aware of consumer trends, consumer research results in Biscuits/Confectionery
o Ensure Brand Marketing Plan to best fitting to strategy by understanding the best how Biscuits/Confectionery work
o Responsible for budget forecast accuracy on a monthly level
o Give inputs/assumptions to demand plans, active participate in demand planning on a monthly level
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field. 8+ years of experience in senior marketing roles
