Position : GRAPHIC DESIGN LEAD (Location – Raiwind Road)
Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly creative and original Graphic Designer to lead visual design efforts that bring our brand and marketing objectives to life. This role supports our local and international teams in developing packaging, POS, digital content/assets.
- Inspire, lead and upskill the creative design team with new methodologies, tech and AI solutions, for high quality fast throughout while being hands-on in executing design projects.
- Develop final visual concepts aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Represent ideas visually using innovative and original design solutions.
- Select and integrate photographs, illustrations, video, and other media.
- Collaborate on packaging, print, display, and digital content creation.
- Maintain high standards for creativity, quality, and consistency.
What we’re looking for
Four-Year Bachelor’s Programs – BFA, BS, B.Des Familiarity with AI design and new designing and editing tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) is a must. Independent, detail-oriented, and highly creative with a wide degree of latitude 4-6 years of design experience, with focus on packaging design.
