Role Overview
Assistant Graphic Designer will support the development and execution of creative visual assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives. The role involves working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality designs across packaging, POS, and digital platforms, while continuously enhancing creative skills and staying updated with modern design tools and trends.
- Assist in creating visual concepts and design assets aligned with brand and marketing strategies
- Support the development of packaging, POS materials, and digital content/assets for local and international markets
- Select and integrate photographs, illustrations, and multimedia elements into final outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and external agencies
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design deliverables
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of creativity, quality, and accuracy
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and output quality
- Assist senior designers in executing projects and meeting deadlines
What we’re looking for
- Four-Year Bachelor’s Programs — BFA, BS, B.Des
- Familiarity with AI design and new designing and editing tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) is a must.
- 1-3 years of design experience, with focus on packaging design.
