Job Opportunity: Asst. Brand Manager – Confectionery
Location: Mayfair Head Office – Raiwind Rd, Near Sundar Industrial Estate.
Role Overview
The ABM will support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth, enhance brand equity, and strengthen market presence within the Confectionery category.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing brand marketing initiatives in line with overall business strategy.
- Support the development of annual and long-term brand plans, including innovation pipelines.
- Manage and coordinate product launches end-to-end, including forecasting, positioning, communication, and post-launch evaluation.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations to drive consumer engagement and sales.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct and interpret market research and consumer insights to better understand buying behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of promotions and alignment with trade requirements.
- Regularly visit the market to evaluate on-ground execution, competitor activity, and consumer response.
- Support in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI of campaigns.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in consumer brand marketing.
- Skills: Proactive approach to innovation, continuous improvement, and staying updated with industry trends/consumer preferences.
