Asst. Brand Manager (AFI Plant – Raiwind)
Lead and manage Biscuits/Confectionary brand activities including brand marketing initiatives, innovation planning, business performance tracking, winning with customers, and understanding & influencing consumer buying behavior.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional team to accomplish brand/project goals, objectives, and key initiatives
- Devising marketing campaigns and promotions
- Develop annual and long-range brand plans
- Managing product launches from A to Z (forecastings stocks, creating marketing story and materials, and monitoring success).
- Prepare and interpret market research analysis, analyze results and provide recommendations
- Regular contact with sales force including presenting promotions and launches
- Spend time in the market to see effectiveness of promotions and test new concepts
Key Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in consumer brand marketing
- Self-motivated, adaptable and a fast learner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
