Key Requirements
- Education: Graduation (minimum).
- Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of experience in FMCG or related industry.
- Knowledge: In-depth market knowledge of Karachi and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and budgets to achieve or surpass annual targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate route coverage, assess competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure execution of merchandising and promotional activities.
- Establish and maintain an effective Sales Management structure, including recruitment and training of talent.
