FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (Location – Raiwind)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic Financial Controller who will serve as the right hand to the Group CFO in leading financial transformation. This role is central to our journey from stability to exponential growth—through digital upgrades, tax optimization, corporate structuring, cost discipline, and data-driven decision making.
- Drive financial control by strengthening internal processes, ensuring accurate reporting, audit-readiness, and statutory compliance
- Support strategic tax planning, leveraging legal incentives and aiding in international tax matters
- Assist in optimizing corporate structures while monitoring legal and compliance frameworks
- Champion automation, Al reporting, and SAP enhancements to streamline workflows
- Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, and financial risk
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and key departments to improve profitability and guide strategic planning.
Technical Skillset
- Strong grip on accounting standards, costing and financial modeling
- Expertise in taxation (direct, indirect, and international)
- Familiarity with Al-driven tools, dashboards and data visualization
- Solid understanding of cash flow management, lean optimization and working capital cycles
What we’re looking for ACA / FCA is preferred Min. 10-12 years of experience in the relevant field Minimum 3-5 years in a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or similar role Hands-on, roll-up sleeves mindset, a action-oriented and execution-focused Open-minded and solutions-driven with strong commercial acumen Excellent communicator with ability to work effectively across key influencers Ethical, reliable, and a natural team builder Growth mindset with ability to operate in both structured and evolving environments
