Qualification: B.Sc. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Experience:xperience: Having at least 3 years of experience in any reputable organization related to Feed
Responsibilities:
• Develop an ongoing process of consistently reviewing maintenance activities to identify and implement cost reduction initiatives. • Responsible for oversight of maintenance supervisor and maintenance technicians. • Responsible for monthly machine down-time and reduce it by pro-active approach. • Supporting the Maintenance team by undertaking site maintenance activities. • Schedule and perform routine preventive/emergency maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment. • Ensure the use of safety rules and procedures, appropriate equipment and proper work techniques. • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper and safe operation. • Hand on experience in Electrical troubleshooting, PLC, control circuits, VFD and a wide variety of mechanical system repair. • Respond to emergency conditions, using good judgment, and make the appropriate repairs. • Diagnose and repair defects in a variety of mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.1 • Must be Familiar with process of Feed Mill and related equipment. • To handle/lead the shift as shift in-charge.
