Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Animal Feed
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; DVM is preferable
- 3-4 years of experience in animal feed sales or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition and animal feed products
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a customer base within the animal feed industry
- Promote, market, and sell animal feed products to veterinarians, farmers, and livestock producers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients to optimize animal nutrition and health
- Conduct market research to understand competitor products, market trends, and client needs
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales record in the animal feed or agricultural sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good organizational skills with a strategic approach to market development
