Experience: Candidate have at least 4 years of experience in Customer Handling, maintenance of client information in CRM system. Established and maintained relationships with individual and business customers and provided assistance with problems they encountered. Assisted customers in all their queries and complaints. Collecting necessary documents and provide through explanation of the terms, conditions and service agreements to the customers. Receiving and processing of all in-coming and out-going mails.
