We’re hiring! Executive – Human Resource
The Role:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Support talent management initiatives and employee development programs.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee relation.
- Maintain HR databases, personnel files, and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 02 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS tools.
Location: Port Qasim – Karachi. (Transport will be provided)
