We’re hiring! Assistant Manager – Paint shop
The Role:
- Supervise end-to-end truck painting processes to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Lead and manage a team of paint shop operators and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with production planning to meet daily paint targets.
- Monitor and improve paint quality.
- Oversee maintenance of paint shop equipment and support process optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
- B.E in Chemical from reputed institute.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Paint shop.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi.

Deputy Manager – Fire & Safety
The Role:
- Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections across the facility.
- Lead fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency preparedness training.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international fire safety regulations.
- Coordinate with civil defense and local authorities during inspections and emergencies.
- Investigate fire-related incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Supervise the maintenance and testing of fire protection systems and equipment.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and employee awareness through continuous engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fire & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH is mandatory.
- Certifications in Firefighting, First Aid, and Emergency Response preferred.
- 7 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
