Position: AM (Warranty & Claims) 📍 Location: Lahore
Requirements:
- Bachelors from a reputable university
- 3–5 years relevant experience ideally from Automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Ontime submission, review, and approval of warranty claims.
- Ensure that claims are processed in accordance with warranty guidelines and policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for warranty claims, parts replacement, and service.
- Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders about warranty processes and policies.
