Master Motor is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Executive – Sales Operations to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations or administration, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Manage and process invoicing of vehicles.
2-Maintain complete and up-to-date sales records and documentation
3-Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, Logistics) to ensure smooth order execution
4-Monitor stock availability, delivery status, and update relevant stakeholders
5-Assist in preparing sales reports and MIS for management review
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Sales Admin roles.
Strong command of MS Office and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
