Job Title: Production Manager (Furniture Segment)
Manager Production will be responsible to plan, lead and monitor the furniture production process within the given timelines and quality guidelines. Oversee daily operations of the furniture production facility to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes.
Role Description:
- Plan and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and schedules
- Maintain quality standards, implement control systems, and conduct regular audits
- Supervise and develop production staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Coordinate with Sales, design, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Troubleshooting during production flow i.e. material shortages, tools/machinery out of order, issuance delays and intimate to relevant department well on time.
- Working on cost-effective sources for production & ensure timely handing over of complete finished order to FG store according to the dispatch plan.
- Ensuring the strict compliance over contractors regarding the quality and production operations
- Any other task assigned by the management related to Production/Factory Ops
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial Eng., Manufacturing or related field.
Relevant Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in production management within the furniture industry
