Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst/Assistant Manager Accounts
We are seeking a detail-oriented staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in financial analysis, accounting operations, and process optimization. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical abilities, and hands-on expertise with accounting tools and dashboards to drive insightful reporting and decision-making.
Role Description:
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations and coordinate audit activities.
- Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot accounting issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards using tools like Power BI or Power Query for real-time insights.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant Experience: 5-7 years of experience in accounting, financial management, or a related role.
