Assistant Manager Visual Merchandising – Dealership
A.M. VM will oversee the effective presentation of products at dealership outlets by creating impactful displays that enhance customer engagement. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, the role ensures visual strategies align with brand standards, improve the in-store experience, and drive sales growth.
Role Description:
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for dealership outlets in line with brand guidelines.
- Plan and design visually appealing product displays and signage to attract customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align displays with seasonal campaigns and sales objectives.
- Maintain store layouts to ensure a cohesive and attractive presentation.
- Conduct regular visits to dealership locations to ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
- Train and guide dealership staff on visual merchandising techniques and product display setups.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts, using sales data and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
- Coordinate the production and installation of visual elements such as posters, banners, and display fixtures.
- Assist in managing visual merchandising budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of displays.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors’ visual strategies, applying new ideas to improve the dealership’s merchandising efforts.
- Support marketing initiatives through effective visual communication in stores.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising or any other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Visual Merchandising.
