WE’RE HIRING! Manager Lean & Transformation
Ensure compliance with quality standards, manage a quality control team, and collaborate with production for product conformity. Use Minitab and Excel for data analysis, and implement 5S and Kaizen for process improvements and waste reduction.
Role Description:
- Collaborate with the management team to set quality benchmarks.
- Use of world-class manufacturing tools in factory.
- Improve system process and improve the site KPIs.
- Implementing 5S controls, executing Quality Circles and Kaizen Bursts.
- Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Analyze data & utilize the data to identify the improvement opportunities.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
- Develop and maintain a balanced scorecard to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in manufacturing.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Result Area:
- Process Optimization • Waste Rate • TPM • TQM • Manufacturing Excellence such as TPS
- Design of Experiment (DOE) • Taguchi’s framework • Lean System Design • Production Efficiency
Requirement: Master black/green belt in six sigma
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Relevant Experience: 07 – 09 year of relevant experience
