WE’RE HIRING Raw Material Store/ Inventory (Executive)
We are Seeking an Executive Store/Inventory responsible for managing raw material receipt, storage and issuance while ensuring accurate ERP records and timely production availability. Implements FIFO, 5S and stock control for smooth operations and audit compliance.
Role Description:
- Receive, inspect and verify raw materials as per purchase orders and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain all system entries (in and out) in ERP or inventory software
- Ensure systematic storage of raw materials such as wood, boards, hardware, foam, fabric and chemicals
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure monthly physical and system-based stock audits
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain minimum and maximum stock thresholds to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Implement FIFO and 5S practices within the store to ensure optimal storage and retrieval
- Daily basis GRIN submission to PPMC for received goods
- Ensure that all equipment, material, and supplies are readily and continuously available for uninterrupted production processes
- Prepare daily demand notes for issuance of raw materials based on Production Demand Notes (PDNs)
- Issue materials to production as per Material Requisition Slips (MRS) with proper documentation and timely delivery
- Arrange and supply customized material as per daily sales order requirements
- Track stock levels, perform monthly audits and present MRM reports
Qualification & Experience: Minimum Graduation (Supply Chain or relevant field). 3-4 years in store/inventory role, preferably in manufacturing environment

We are hiring a Showroom / Retail Sales Executive – Home Furniture to drive in-store sales and meet monthly targets through excellent customer handling. The role includes managing product displays, maintaining showroom standards and building lasting client relationships. Role Description:
- Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets through strong product presentation and customer engagement
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing clients, driving repeat sales and referrals
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable home furniture solutions
- Ensure high standards of showroom cleanliness, product display and VM in line with brand guidelines
- Support the planning and execution of showroom promotions, discounts, and special sales event
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, stock availability, and design trends.
- Follow a structured sales process – need analysis to closing
- Provide daily & weekly sales performance updates to the Manager & actively participate in planning
- Ensure accurate tagging, barcoding, and timely price updates for all displayed items
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive post-sale experience and customer satisfaction
- Manage walk-in client data, follow up via email/phone, and invite for detailed visits
Qualification & Experience: Minimum Graduation 2-3 years in retail showroom sales (preferably furniture)
