Position: DGM/GM Production (Sewing – Knits Business)
Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:
- Operational excellence through Industrial Engineering & Lean Manufacturing
- Garments’ project designing, layout and setting up modern high-tech facility
- Be a high profit contributor by managing resources and communicating values, strategies, and objectives
- Increases management’s effectiveness by training, coaching, counseling, and managing teams
- Develops strategic plans by keeping abreast on latest technological and product development opportunities
- Planning, monitoring, and coordinating with key stake holders
- Spearheading business b- operational initiatives, allocates resources effectively, review progress persistently and achieve targets of production in a timely manner
- Develops SLAs between internal and external customers
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Masters in any discipline but preferably BSc Textile Engineering with specialization in Garments Manufacturing / MBA from an accredited institute
- 10+ years of relevant work experience

- Proven experience of leading well reputed Knits Business Sewing plant having 1.25 million garments sewing capacity per month
