We are looking for:
For an incumbent who will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management, organizational culture, and employee engagement initiatives. The candidate will also be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee satisfaction, and aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: BBA / MBA
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, including stakeholder collaboration, Culture Development (DE&I), Employee Engagement, and Metrics reporting.
