Process Engineer
Plant Site
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our Process team at Plant Site, Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- BS/BE in Chemical or Process from a reputed institute
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the cement industry, preferably as a process engineer
- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing process in the cement industry
- Thorough understanding of the process required in the different areas of the cement industry
- Carries out benchmarking studies, identifies successful practices and communicates them internally
- Follow up to action plans with all process engineers and operators from the cement plants
- Develop SOPs and targets and train control room operator
- Process optimization in collaboration with Quality, Production, and Maintenance to ensure maximum and efficient utilization of the plant’s equipment
- Continuous analysis of equipment/system performance, document findings and propose solutions for improvements
- Fluency in Urdu and English, excellent communication (Written/Oral), management, and leadership, problem identification and solving skills with the ability to multitask under pressure situation.
