CEMENT PLANT VERTICAL MILLS FIELD OPERATOR / PATROLLER
We are seeking dynamic and result-driven technical resource at our Plant Site – Mianwali.
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- DAE (Chemical), FA/F.Sc. with 10+ years of experience as a Field Operator / Patroller in Cement Industry
- Should have a sound understanding of running equipment to analyze Machine Health before failure.
- Must have an experience of Operating Local Panels, Hydraulic stations, Gear Units & lubrication units,
should be well aware of the safe operation limits & interlocks. - Must be capable of Handling Daily Routine activities Like False Air inspections, Bag Houses Detailed
Inspection, Feeders calibration/Drop Test Procedures & Troubleshooting like mills inspection during any
Breakdown/Tripping. - Must have sound knowledge of Mill internals i.e. Grinding Rollers, Grinding Table, Dam Ring, Scatter Ring,
Water Injection Systems, Separator & Top sealing etc. to examine mill thoroughly during Plan
Stoppages/Shutdown & report to immediate boss. - Log & report data, abnormalities & maintenance requirement accurately to immediate in charge
