Job Title: Assistant Manager – IT Operations & Support
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT with 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems 1 and peripherals Â
- Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications & remote connection systems
- Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Installing hardware, such as servers, printers for computers, surveillance System (NVR, IP Cameras)
- Arranging scheduled upgrades (OS, Firmware, Antivirus)
- Developing and maintaining all of the comprehensive paperwork and records associated with the implemented network & IT Inventory
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
