Job Requirements:
- ACCA/CIMA with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing sales and recovery accounts for dealers across multiple regions
- Conduct market visits to address customer concerns and explore new market opportunities to increase market share
- Conduct monthly analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) from sales officers to zonal heads, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in performance enhancement strategies
- Collaborate with regional sales heads to analyze and monitor sales officers’ market visit plans
- Prepare monthly sales and recovery trend analyses, guiding the sales team in overcoming challenges and enhancing performance
- Conduct daily recovery sessions with sales officers based on month-to-date (MTD) achievement targets
- Organize legal interventions for dealers/retailers with overdue payments
- Analyze recovery and sales performance on a zone, area, and individual salesperson basis to meet targets
