Mandi Express is hiring “Customer Success Representatives” for it’s Customer Success Department remotely.
Education: Minimum Graduate preferably BCOM / BCS
Experience: We are looking for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce,Retail or HoReCa inbound and outbound calls attending experience and be able to work in rotational shifts( if required)
Salary: Rs. 27,000 to 30,000 p.m
Competencies: Good Communication Skills, Good Listening Skills, Patient, Attention to Detail and must be Tech Savvy.
