JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Working with vendors on overdue payments
  • In house technical staff payments & attendance management.
  • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
  • Sending bills and invoices to corporate clients
  • Managing date for monthly & yearly taxation & audits
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Processing refunds
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s in Commerce.
  • Minimum 1-year proven experience as Accounts Officer.
  • Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced math skills to keep accurate records and supervise the bookkeeping of an organization
  • Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices.
