We’re HIRING for Deputy General Manager – SAP ERP Functional
M.K. Sons (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Deputy General Manager to join our SAP ERP functional team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA ERP, particularly in SAP FICO module. If you have a strong understanding of the integration of all SAP ERP modules, along with significant experience in a relevant field, this could be an exciting opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations of SAP S/4HANA ERP, focusing on FI and CO modules.
- Ensure that ERP systems are integrated and aligned with business needs.
- Develop and implement processes for managing and maintaining ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful ERP operations.
- Lead & Supervise MDM (Master Data Management) operations to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of all SAP ERP modules to ensure seamless operation across the system.
- Manage and coordinate month-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies during month-end activities.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation and management of material resources to support operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to supervise and improve data entry operations for accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP FI and CO modules, supporting business processes and requirements.
- Lead, mentor and offer guidance, support and solutions to the SAP functional team and end-users.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP management, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA FI and CO modules.
- Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- SAP S/4HANA FICO certification will be a plus.
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan.
