Job Description
Looking for a Group Leader – Mechanical Maintenance, preferably with an automotive background for the Paint Shop, who can effectively manage plant operations and plan maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience on paint shop processes, conveyors, overhead hangers, pneumatic system, oven burners, air supply & exhaust systems.
- Able to work on pumps, centrifugal fans, ovens, RO plant, and AHU systems.
- Preventive & predictive maintenance planning & execution.
- Root cause analysis of breakdowns & monitoring of maintenance KPIs.
- Spare parts management and cost-saving activities.
- Able to manage the maintenance team during plant operation.
- Maintain records of maintenance, downtime, history cards, etc.
- Execute daily operations of the maintenance department.
- Develop check sheets as per OEM recommendations.
Requirements
- B-Tech/DAE Mechanical
- 10+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
