Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Shift Manager – Services for its Polyester Business based in Sheikhupura.
Key Responsibilities:
− Ensure optimal utilisation of all utilities to support the achievement of production and efficiency targets by providing consistent power and related utilities.
− Monitor process conditions and quality parameters closely to identify deviations in product quality or equipment performance, and initiate timely corrective actions in coordination with the Plant Manager to minimise production losses and maintain product standards.
− Oversee the efficient operation of Gas and Steam Turbines, as well as furnace oil-based machinery, ensuring coordination with relevant departments for scheduled and preventive maintenance.
− Manage the safe handling and disposal of boiler by-products, including flue gases, fly ash, bottom ash, and other industrial wastes, through regular COD and BOD testing in compliance with NEQs and HSE&S standards.
