Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Production Officer (Oral) for its Pharmaceuticals business based in Hattar, Haripur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all oral production operations to meet quality standards and enhance production efficiency.
- Implement and report daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, aligning with sales forecasts, marketing requirements, and established targets.
- Ensure timely availability of stock in the finished goods warehouse.
- Provide regular reports on planning and daily activities to the production manager.
- Submit monthly production achievements and yield reports.
- Maintain the smooth operation of all production equipment, coordinating with the engineering department for preventive maintenance.
- Uphold formal hygiene and cleanliness standards in assigned production areas.
- Ensure compliance with HSE&S policies across all sections of oral production.
- Conduct DST in business HSE communication areas.
- Offer technical guidance to oral production staff.
- Conduct necessary staff training for operational improvements.
- Supervise and minimise wastage throughout all production processes until packing.
- Manage overtime efficiently while achieving assigned targets.
- Prepare assigned sections for internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Address and close all audit/inspection observation reports within given timelines.
