Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Pharmaceuticals Business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy for all brands within the therapy area to drive financial growth and outperform market benchmarks.
- Inspire, coach, and develop direct reports to elevate performance and build marketing and leadership capabilities, align marketing and sales teams behind the therapy area strategy.
- Drive the brand planning process across cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven business plans and engagement strategies.
- Establish a structured insight generation process to uncover deep customer and patient needs, beliefs, and motivations, translating them into effective brand and engagement strategies.
- Analyse market dynamics to identify and prioritise key growth opportunities, applying integrative thinking to develop strategies across the brand lifecycle.
- Craft clear, differentiated, and insight-led brand positioning and value propositions that are competitor-aware and future-ready.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by aligning engagement initiatives with healthcare professionals’ content and channel preferences.
- Collaborate with Distribution and Sales Operations to manage route-to-market plans for new launches and monitor channel performance and gross-to-net impact.
- Conduct regular performance assessments of strategy execution and campaigns, providing visibility and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all promotional and engagement activities comply with relevant SOPs by partnering with the Medical function and upholding regulatory standards.
